Fire Rated Screens & Doors were recently tested at Exova Warringtonfire to the Brittish BS EN 1364-1: 1999 and BS EN EN 1634-1: 2000. This now means that products meet the British and European Standards. Previously screens were tested to the european standards PN-B02851-1:1997 and PN-EN 13501-2:2005.
The testing of Fire Rated Screens is carried out with a simulated fire, the testers monitor the performance of the screen in line with the relevant standards. We are still awaiting photo's from the recent tests howe
