Great customer service and they get the job done! I needed custom-cut glass for my son's hamster tank. Out of 5 companies I contacted, Gennaro Ltd was the only one capable of doing exactly what I needed. The price was quite high, and there was a minor issue when I came to pick it up—they had only cut 3 pieces instead of 5. Because of this, I had to come back the next day. However, the staff was absolutely amazing, apologized for the mistake, and gave me a discount on the total price. Excellent attitude, great staff, and highly recommended if you need custom glass work!
