We offer delivery on all of our products, to the UK mainland.

Delivery Lead Times

Indicative delivery times per brand would be: 5 Working Days

Delivery Requirements

Deliveries are made by an independent carrier between the hours of 9am -5pm, it is your responsibility to provide any required plant or labour to ensure the safe unloading of your consignment.

Delivery risk shall pass to you on dispatch.

All packaging and stillages are supplied as part of your order and must be removed from the lorry. Typically, your consignment will be packaged on a timber stillage or pallet suitable for offloading by forklift.

You must inspect the goods upon delivery.  All items must be checked for damage before unloading,  any damaged items must be notified to the carrier and delivery refused or documentation signed “damaged”.

Failure to do this will result in any faulty goods found after the delivery deemed to be chargeable.

All faulty goods must be photographed in situ and notified to us in writing by email to;  info@fireratedwindows.co.uk

All replacements are deemed to be chargeable until the manufacturing plant, or transport companies have inspected the photographs and have accepted liability.
